FAQ

Common questions.

Can beginners train with Zeus Skills?

Absolutely. Players do not need to be advanced to train with us. We meet athletes where they are and build their fundamentals, confidence, basketball IQ, and overall skill level step by step.

What is the difference between private and group training?

Private training provides individualized attention and a development plan centered around one athlete. Group training combines high-repetition skill development with competition, decision-making, game-speed situations, and the opportunity to learn alongside other athletes.

How often should my child train?

Consistency matters more than simply doing more sessions. For many athletes, training 1–2 times per week alongside their team schedule creates a strong development routine. We can recommend a schedule based on the player's goals.

What does Zeus Skills focus on during training?

Training can include ball handling, shooting, finishing, footwork, decision-making, game IQ, change of pace, confidence, conditioning, and game-specific situations. Our goal is for the work athletes do in training to transfer directly to games.

How do I book a session?

Training is booked online through our Square booking system. Select the training option, choose an available date and time, and complete your registration.

Can my child try a session before committing to a monthly program?

Yes. Families can begin with an individual session before deciding whether a recurring training option is the best fit.
